Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 24

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Laboratory Assistant to support our chemist in product testing and sample preparation. If you thrive in a lab environment and enjoy working with a variety of testing instruments, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $20-$24/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the chemist to complete product testing.

Prepare small batch samples for testing.

Collect data and perform various laboratory tests.

Utilize computers and Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be able to stand for most of the day.

Preferred experience in a laboratory setting.

Familiarity with the following lab equipment and techniques is a plus:

Viscometers

Spectrophotometers

Conductivity Meters

Colorimeters

Refractive Index Measurement

Surface Tensiometer

Microscope

Energy-curable light sources (UV, LED, E-beam)

FTIR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy)
