Here's what you'd do:
Providing high-quality complaint handling support for a wide range of laboratory systems.
Independent planning, measurement, testing and summarization of laboratory tests.
Cross-functional coordination of complex test plans in an international environment.
Documentation of complaints in various database systems.
Management of the reagents necessary for the investigation.
Requalification of laboratory systems and laboratory equipment.

Pay rate: $30.00/Hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Length: Temp (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Chemistry
Minimum 5 years of experience in the use of analytical instruments and reagents
Minimum 5 years of experience with the Microsoft package.
Minimum 5 years of experience practical laboratory experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with client systems like Atellica Solution, Atellica CI-1900, IMMULITE 2000 XPi, or ADVIA Centaur
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Completed training as a biology laboratory assistant (m/f) or medical-technical assistant (m/f).
You enjoy dealing with people and working in an international environment.
You have a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility and self-confidence.
You are willing to constantly develop.
You enjoy working in a team.
You have good communication skills.
Resilience and flexibility with changing work requirements are no problem for you.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
