QC Chemist I

Are you a detail-oriented chemist with a passion for quality and precision? Our team is looking for a **QC Chemist I** to support pharmaceutical manufacturing by performing critical lab testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products. This is a **contract-to-hire** , lab-based role, in a GMP-regulated environment.

**Title** : QC Chemist I

**Location** : Chaska, MN

**Rate** : $25-27/hr.

**Schedule** : 2pm-12:30am | Mon-Thursday

**Temp-to-Hire**

**Summary** :

+ The QC Chemist I will ensure accurate, reproducible and timely QC testing in directly supporting in process manufacturing, release testing, and stability studies.

+ Perform testing on in-process product, final product, and raw materials for routine testing, validation testing, and stability testing

+ Communicate results through appropriate documentation and batch records, statistical analysis and trending.

+ Perform instrument maintenance

+ Identify and report equipment and method failures

+ Identify areas in the lab for continuous improvement

+ Participate in method improvements in the laboratory

**Requirements** :

+ BS in Chemistry or related life science

+ Experience in GMP lab applications

+ Basic understanding of chemical technology and methodology

+ Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

+ Proven ability to work independently as well as function effectively as a team member

+ Proven ability to maintain a high attention to detail
