Quality Control Chemist - Data Reviewer

Responsibilities

• Review work conducted by chemists testing finished products, raw materials, in-process samples, components, and stability study samples.
• Focus on testing new ANDA Oral Dose products, including oral rinses and antiseptics, using titrations, pH, specific gravity, and HPLC.
• Assist with testing using HPLC, GC, TOC, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and pH meters.
• Inspect supplies and ingredients used in pharmaceutical production.
• Review SOPs and lab protocols for accuracy and adherence to GMP and FDA guidelines.
• Conduct some instrument validation as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of HPLC experience is mandatory.
• Bachelors degree with a major in Chemistry or related
• Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience in GC, HPLC, FTIR, and wet chemistry.
• Good understanding of GMP and GDP.
• Proficiency in Agilent OpenLab software is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
