Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality user interfaces, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Development & Integration : Design and implement modular, scalable UI components and integrate them into complex web applications.
• Reusable Component Architecture : Develop reusable and maintainable components to promote consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Performance Optimization : Enhance front-end performance to ensure fast, responsive, and efficient applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting : Identify, diagnose, and resolve UI-related issues and bugs.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices : Participate in peer code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold coding standards.
• Clean & Maintainable Code : Write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
• Continuous Learning : Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in React and front-end development.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React.js : Deep understanding of React fundamentals including components, state management, props, and JSX.
• Strong JavaScript Skills : Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools.
• Version Control : Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Framework Familiarity : Exposure to other front-end frameworks such as Angular is a plus.
• Testing Experience : Familiarity with testing libraries like React Testing Library or similar tools.
• Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code effectively.
• Team Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
