Insight Global is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Aerosol Formulation Scientist to join our R&D team focused on developing and optimizing aerosol-based cosmetic products, with a primary emphasis on sunscreens. In this role, you will be responsible for filling aerosol cans, measuring viscosity, supporting senior scientists in liquid formulation development, and collaborating cross-functionally with analytical, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure product performance and compliance. You will conduct routine physical and chemical testing, maintain accurate lab records, and contribute to the creation of innovative, safe, and effective personal care products. The ideal candidate has a background in chemistry or cosmetic science, experience with aerosol systems, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative lab environment.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves

- 1-2 years of experience within a cosmetics field

- Diligent experience working with Aerosol cans

- Experience testing the viscosity of certain products

- Experience with documentation of certain lab products

- Exhibit basic behaviors within a lab environment - Experience working with suncare products null
