Distillation Department

Location: Danbury, CT

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $23 per hour (plus competitive benefits)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level

Laboratory Technician to join our Distillation Department. This position offers

an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic laboratory

environment, supporting the distillation processes essential to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and operation of distillation equipment
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and measurements
• Document and record test results accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth department operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
