Quality Control Lab Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Lab Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work hands-on in a modern laboratory environment, using advanced analytical instruments and techniques to test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Key Responsibilities: Conduct analytical testing using instruments such as: Gas Chromatography (GC) High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) UV-Visible and Infrared Spectrophotometers pH meters and other wet chemistry tools Perform specialized tests including: FTIR analysis Residue after evaporation Fluorescence and optical absorption testing Interpret and document test results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Set up and calibrate lab equipment, including daily standards and Karl Fischer titrations Plan and prioritize testing for incoming samples Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System Perform additional duties as assigned What You Bring: Solid foundation in chemistry and laboratory techniques Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, titration, and viscosity testing Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (Entry-level candidates with strong academic lab experience are welcome!) Associate's degree in Science with 1+ year of industry experience High school diploma with 2-3 years of recent lab experience in a chemical setting
