Join a cutting-edge Genomic Medicine team working on non-viral gene therapy approaches aimed at treating both rare and common diseases. This opportunity focuses on developing and executing advanced genome editing techniques-such as CRISPR, base editing, and prime editing-using primary human cell types including NK cells, hematopoietic stem cells, and T cells. You'll also take the lead on flow cytometry experiments and cell-based assays to evaluate gene-editing outcomes.
This role is fully onsite at a premier research facility in Cambridge, MA-a hub of biomedical innovation-with occasional travel to a nearby site in Waltham. You'll collaborate across teams and contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, integrity-driven environment. Ideal for scientists passionate about advancing next-generation gene therapies and making meaningful contributions to translational research.
