CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company looking to add an Oligonucleotide Associate Scientist II to their team.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$40/hr - $44/hr Depending on experience

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Oligonucleotide Associate Scientist II will be responsible for purifying and analyzing oligonucleotides. They will support several therapeutics areas and contribute to novel nucleic acid conjugate platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OLIGONUCLEOTIDE ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST II:

Provide analytical lab support for the early phase pipeline.

Develop LC/MS, IPRP, and SAX to analyze and purify complex oligonucleotides.

The Oligonucleotide Associate Scientist II will operate and maintain lab instruments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE OLIGONUCLEOTIDE ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST II:

The Oligonucleotide Associate Scientist II must have experience in mass spectrometry.

Must have experience in analyzing, purifying, and method development of oligonucleotides.

3 years of industry experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE OLIGONUCLEOTIDE ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST II:

Experience with purification and LC/MS analysis of sgRNA is highly preferred

Experience with Waters LC/MS instruments is preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
